A lot has happened since 2014! What began as a provisional primary school in #Ghana has now become a place of learning, hope and community for many children. But there are still challenges: Until recently, many lessons took place in the open air – and only during the dry season.

The first classrooms were built out of clay, without walls or windows – often cramped and dark. But thanks to your #support, we have been able to renovate and make small improvements time and again. But we know: The school needs more space, more light and, above all, a safe environment for the children so that they can learn in the best possible way.

Thanks to a generous donation of 20,000 euros in 2021, which we received from the estate of a lady, we were able to start the shell construction of a new school building. #Thank you for that! With this money, we were able to take the first step – but the journey is not over yet.
We now need another 35,000 euros to complete the building and take the school to a new level. We are planning a second floor, more space for lessons, as well as windows and more light for the children.
